Absolutely love this place. Stopped in today and actually stayed a little longer than I needed to just because everybody's so pleasant. Get a load of this, this was 10 minutes to close I stayed 10 minutes after. Have you ever been to a store that they stay 10 minutes after closing just to be extra friendly? The gentleman with the beard and the curly mustache is probably one of the friendliest guys I've ever met. Forgive me for not knowing his name but one helpful son of a gun. The manager in the evenings is just as cool. Honestly, everybody here is amazing every experience I've had here has been amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. I want to steal these guys to come work for me I swear.
Went to Ace yesterday (12/02/23) and had a great visit! Their service was absolutely outstanding and the visit (Mrs. and I) left us with a "feel good" experience. The staff was so helpful and kind; and walking through the entire store was incredible as they have everything (and then some). They even had a mini-bike that I was tempted to buy, but at my age, would likely result in going to Barrancas National sooner than planned. Hard to describe, but compared to the "big box" stores, there is something "magical" and nostalgic about Ace in GB and we highly recommend it!

I am building a boat with my brother and we are regular visitors to Ace of Gulf Breeze. Everyone is always very helpful and they almost always have everything we need. Thank you for saving us the time and aggravation of going to one of the big box hardware stores where things are not as easy to find and the staff is not near as knowledgeable or helpful.
It is rare to find customer service as wonderful as what I experienced with multiple staff here. Liz, Michelle, and the manager Ryan were all so friendly, I felt like I had known them for years! Plus they loaded my car without batting an eye. My experience was truly exceptional.
Very friendly!!! Wonderful customer service!! Everybody was very resourceful with Is knowledge in location of products!!! I traveled down here from Jackson Mississippi to spend time with my brother's family. I noticed a few things I can help out with fixing at his house, due to him and his family haven't very very busy schedules. The first thing I recognized was the hospitality that was at the front door with the customer service representatives. Then I realize this has to be the Ace establishment I have ever been in!! If you need anything they will have it or they can order it!

After going to 2 Ace hardware’s (1st Ace had 2 Schlage keyless keypads and door handles BUT couldn’t find them; 2nd Ace in PNS was a wine and beer store now! So I called the 3rd Ace hardware store in Gulf Breeze and got the most wonderful customer oriented lady, named Liz! When we arrived Liz was not there but she had informed Matt with the details and I finally got my Schlage keyless keypads and door handles! Matt was also great! They make a great team! Thank you!
Order online and picked up in store. Was not only easy to do but the people there were really nice. I was in and out in just a few minutes
